Chagall orchestrates a high-end mixed residential and commercial project

L'Érudit de la Montagne, a major real estate project, is a true ode to the art of urban living. Chagall, as a construction and design company, has had the privilege of designing this multi-residential project, comprising 32 units and a commercial suite divided into 7 offices.

A refined industrial style for a unique atmosphere

L'Érudit de la Montagne stands out for its distinctive industrial style, which is both modern and warm. The use of high-end materials, such as concrete and wood, gives the spaces a timeless elegance. The exposed brick facades and rounded windows add a touch of character to the project while blending perfectly with the environment.

Optimized spaces for optimal comfort

The spacious rooms and well-arranged spaces offer optimal comfort for residents and professionals. The units, ranging from 3 ½ to 5 ½ apartments, have large windows that let in natural light, and some apartments offer breathtaking views of the mountain. Each space has been designed to encourage interaction between residents, fostering a true neighborhood life. Common spaces, such as two furnished terraces, a living room and a dining room, as well as a backyard, invite relaxation and conviviality.

A stimulating work environment for professionals

The office layout has been designed to meet the needs of professionals who care about their well-being and productivity, particularly when working from home. The offices, large enough to accommodate one professional and two visitors, are equipped with modern facilities, such as a company display at the entrance and a coffee corner, thus promoting a pleasant and stimulating work environment. In addition, a waiting room is also available to accommodate visitors.

Resident well-being was at the heart of our approach when designing this project. The orientation of the buildings, the large windows and the use of durable materials guarantee optimal comfort in all seasons. The project offers a diversity of spaces perfectly adapted to the needs of residents and professionals, while fostering a sense of belonging to a dynamic community.
